 Floating in a plane of darkness. Darkness unbeknownst to any living man. My body gliding over the void. Was this heaven? Surely not, for heaven had been described as light and holy. This place was dark and corrupted. Is this what heaven had turned into as the world itself began to fall? No, this wasn’t heaven at all, there were no welcoming angels. This was Hell.          My body slumped against the wooden cabinet as I lived out the last few minutes of my miserable life. My eyes, the only thing I had ever liked about myself, scanned the ceiling. What I was hoping to find there, I do not know. My eyes would never see the light of day again. Never see their reflection staring back at them, as they had spent so many hours doing.
